Collected
Only what your request needs
When you submit a request we ask for the specific details and documents it requires — an ID proof for a form, a photo for an application, a certificate for a booking. We don’t collect anything beyond that scope, and we never ask for information a request doesn’t call for.
Stored
Encrypted, and only for as long as it takes
Your files sit with our cloud storage provider behind authentication, visible only to the staff actively working your request. Nothing is browsed casually and nothing is kept as a backlog once the job is done.
Never sold
Your documents stay yours
We do not sell, rent, or share your documents or personal details with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any purpose outside completing the request you asked for.
Payments
Handled by Razorpay, not by us
Every payment runs through Razorpay’s secure checkout. Your card and bank details are never received or stored on DocFlow servers — we only ever see that a payment was completed.
Deleted
Gone when you say so
You can request deletion of your account and every document tied to it at any time — just contact support. We remove it fully, not just from view.
